Welcome to my automation suite!
My goal is simple:
take the repetitive bits of our work and turn them into tools that finish in seconds, not hours.
Most of what's here started as a problem on my own desk. Each one became a small script, then a polished tool the rest of the team can use.
This page is the running list. New tools and walkthrough videos go up here as I build them.
Save your emails to a folder (.msg or .eml). The tool gives you back a PDF of each email, all the attachments pulled out, and any zip files opened up automatically. Everything is sorted into one folder per email, plus one combined folder you can drop straight into the audit file.
Type in one or more UK company numbers. For each company, the tool collects all the standard Companies House documents you'd normally download by hand: overview page, filing history, officers list, people with significant control, and the latest confirmation statement.
Have a stack of PDFs all locked with the same password? Point the tool at the folder, type the password once, and it saves unlocked copies into an output/ folder. Useful for monthly payroll PDFs. Same filenames, original layout untouched.
